Over the weekend Drake hosted a special edition of OVO Sound Radio for his birthday. He announced that he’s working on a new project, More Life, that will bless our ears by the end of the year.
On Sunday, Drake dropped the 23 minute short film titled Please Forgive Me directed by Anthony Mandler that premiered exclusively on Apple Music. Drake released his visual for “Childs Play” this past weekend. It’s surprisingly lengthy, at twelve-minutes to be exact, and features the well known model Tyra Banks.
Last night, Drake wrapped up his seventh annual OVO Fest by bringing out an array of special guests, including Kanye West. Before performing, Ye asked the audience if they’re ready for “this album.” He shut down the idea of “this album” being TLOP or Views, implying that they’re working on a collab.
This isn’t the first time that the 6 God and Yeezus have hinted at a collaborative project. Ye mentioned it at his Breakfast Club Interview last spring, and Drake in his OVOSOUND Radio interview with Zane Lowe earlier this year.
