Hudson Mohawke Takes It Live at the Maida Vale Studios
Hudson Mohawke is a monster. He has carved out an incredible solo career amongst his already spectacular TNGHT project with Lunice and his production deal with Kanye West’s GOOD Music, producing songs for the likes of Drake, Pusha T, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Big Sean and more. He is embarking on a U.S. tour this fall, stopping in Dallas on November 7 with The-Dream, and you can get a preview of that show with MudMo’s recent trip to Maida Vale Studios where he played with his live band for Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1. Miguel – Wildheart Tour Kicks Off in Texas
This past weekend, Miguel kicked off his Wildheart Tour in Texas, supporting his wildly anticipated third release of the same name. Wildheart is a fresh take on R&B, blending elements of psychedelia and the inexplicable new sound that many are dubbing “future-soul” to create a unique project that can be jammed during more activities than just the horizontal tango. Miguel kicked the tour off in Austin on Friday, July 24 at Emo’s before moving onto Dallas at South Side Ball Room and Houston at Warehouse Live, all the while performing with his incredible live band. Also, female blues-rocker/singer Dorothy opened for each date. Check out the photos from the Miguel Texas shows, including a sold out Houston show, below:

Miguel – Wildheart (Buy & Stream) + Jimmy Kimmel & GMA Performances
Today, Miguel released Wildheart, his third studio album and first full release in almost three years. The album features Miguel crooning over beautiful production, much of which is unorthodox in terms of the typical R&B you hear encapsulating the Top 40 these days. Miguel has a sound of his own and with a full band to accompany him on his Wildheart Tour hitting Texas next month, we know this is going to be an amazing experience for music lovers of all different kinds. Check out his performance on Jimmy Kimmel last night (below) and Good Morning America this morning plus a review of the album by the New York Times. You can also grab tickets below, stream the album here or here and buy the regular album and deluxe album as well on iTunes.

Ludacris & Girl Talk – Re-scheduled to August 14
ScoreMore Shows and Whitewater Amphitheater both strive for artists and fans alike to have the absolute very experience possible when we throw shows. On Saturday, there were some very unfortunate circumstances — the weather was not safe, and that of course was outside of our control. We tried to wait for the weather to pass, as it was reported that it would. We wanted nothing more than to have everyone who arrived at the venue enjoy the show they paid to see, but it was just too unsafe to move forward… It was outside of our control. We sincerely apologize if you arrived at the venue and waited to see the show, and if you’re one of those people please feel free to reach out to us. Once again, although we sincerely apologize for a stormy night, we did everything in our power to make the show happen.
As a result of two great teams, and two great artists, in Ludacris and Girl Talk, we are proud to announce that we have re-scheduled the show for Friday, August 14th. All original tickets will be transferred to the new date, and if you’re one of those who showed up and got wet on May 23rd, Whitewater is going to offer you a FREE voucher to go tubing on the river.
This is going to be an incredible experience for everyone involved. Ludacris and Girl Talk have never co-headlined a show together and we can’t wait to share this experience of seeing them with all of you beautiful people. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please email info@scoremoreshows.com and we will do everything in our power to help you out.
