Well folks, it looks like Childish Gambino has FINALLY broken silence on his plan for releasing new music. Today he dropped “Me And Your Mama”, and released details on his upcoming album, …Awaken, My Love!, including the artwork, tracklist, and release date.
Gambino’s upcoming album, …Awaken, My Love! is set to drop on Dec. 2nd. There are no announced features at the moment. Check out the tracklist:

Back in September, Gambino hosted his Pharos event at Joshua Tree where he performed the whole album. Cell phones/cameras/recording devices weren’t allowed, so there is no actual footage of it. Attendees described the album as a whole new side of Gambino, with very little rapping, and “Me And Your Mama” confirms just that.

Kid Cudi’s making all the moves from rehab. This past weekend he took another shot at Drake, and today he dropped the visual for “Surfin” featuring Pharrell.
In the video Cudi’s dancing around with A$AP Rocky and Jaden Smith, and looks extremely happy. It can be assumed that the video was made prior to his depression confession/rehab announcement, but it can only give us hope that Cudi’s on a real road to recovery.

As anticipated, A$AP Mob dropped their mixtape, Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends, today. The tape honors the mobs five year anniversary, as well as their late founder A$AP Yams.
Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends features eleven tracks (five new) and a skit. Features other than the mob include some of their closest ‘friends’, including Wiz, Playboi Carti, Uzi, MadeinTYO, Yachty, Tyler, Skepta, and Juicy J…just to name a few. The tape goes hard, and the mob definitely did the most. Safe to say it was well worth the wait.

As expected A$AP Mob dropped the singles “Telephone Calls” and “Runner” off of their upcoming project Cozy Tapes Vol, 1: Friends, which honors the late A$AP Yams. “Telephone Calls” features A$AP Rocky, Tyler The Creator, Playboi Carti, and Yung Gleesh. “Runner” features A$AP Ant and Lil Uzi Vert. Both tracks go hard and definitely give us something to look forward to with the Mob’s upcoming album.

D.R.A.M.’s steady making moves this month. Last week he released a music video and dropped his album Big Baby D.R.A.M., and this week he’s already performed on Conan with Travis Barker AND appeared on VICE’s Autobiographies….and it’s only Wednesday.
In VICE’s ‘Autobiographies’ D.R.A.M. reflects on his life before and after his hit single “Cha Cha“. The song changed his life for the best, and definitely kicked off his rap career. He’s now working with Rick Rubin and doing the most, with no sign of stopping.

Today the Mob finally announced details for their upcoming album, Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends, including the album artwork, tracklist, and release date. Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends is set to drop on Halloween, next Monday, Oct. 31. The album will feature twelve tracks, including the previously released singles of “Yamborghini High“, “Crazy Brazy“, “Money Man“, and “Put That On My Set“. Peep the complete tracklist:

Over the weekend Drake hosted a special edition of OVO Sound Radio for his birthday. He announced that he’s working on a new project, More Life, that will bless our ears by the end of the year.
“I’m off mixtapes, I want to do a playlist. I want to give you a collection of songs that become the soundtrack to your life, so this More Life: The Playlist, like I said, dropping in December. All original music from me. You might hear some tunes from the family on there.”
