Marketing:

Our marketing internship includes creating and managing campaigns for our club shows across the state, brainstorming and implementing various ideas and strategies, creating reports and coming up with creative ideas for social media strategies. You also will assist with tasks related to artist management.

Qualifications:
-Great communications skills
-Ability to assimilate and put new knowledge and skills into practice quickly
-Ingenuity
-Effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects
-Familiar with all social media outlets (Mainly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat but others a plus)
-Experience with Google Docs or Excel
-Strong attention to detail
-Interest/knowledge in music

Media:

Our media internship includes writing content for our blog, creating and helping manage social media campaigns, implementing creative ideas for promoting concerts and festivals, creating graphics, taking photos at our shows, brainstorming and implementing content ideas and more.

Qualifications:
-Great communications skills
-Ability to assimilate and put new knowledge and skills into practice quickly
-Ingenuity
-Familiar with all social media outlets (Mainly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat but others a plus)
-Photography and photo editing are a plus
-Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus
-Video production and editing is a plus
-Strong attention to detail
-Interest/knowledge in music

Production:

ScoreMore’s production internship includes working closely with the festival director and production team to gather quotes, organize information, create documents and assist with the ins and outs of producing festivals and events.

Qualifications:

-Detail oriented
-Great communication skills (phone, email, etc.)
-Experience with Google Docs
-Organized
-Interest/knowledge in music
-Reliable, prompt and committed

No Jumper Presents: Maxo Kream & Trill Sammy Texas Tour

Maxo Kream and Trill Sammy, two of Houston’s own, are hopping on tour together for a run throughout the Lone Star State next month. If you aren’t familiar with either artist or need a refresher, check out their music and some interviews below. The Houston show is free and the remaining three shows are $7.13 with general admission proceeds being donated to Hurricane Harvey relief via Angels by Nature Foundation.

Drake Finally Releases “More Life”

More Life, the “playlist project” by Drake was released on streaming services last week versus being released as an official album or a mixtape. Additionally, More Life premiered Saturday on Drake’s Apple Music radio show before becoming available to stream and download.

According to Fader, “the project — which features contributions from Young Thug, Kanye West, Skepta, Sampha, 2 Chainz, and more — broke multiple streaming records on Spotify in the first 36 hours following release. More Life was also streamed 89.9 million times on Apple Music in the 24 hours after its release, giving Drake the record for most single day album streams.”

Joey Badass – Land of the Free [Video]

Joey Badass has dropped the video for the “Land of the Free,” which will be included on his sophomore album titled All-AmeriKKKan Bada$$ scheduled to be released on April 7 via Cinematic Music Group and Pro Era Records.

According to Billboard, “in the powerful video, Joey alternates between speaking to a group of children in a windy meadow and standing in solidarity with a group of black-clad adults in a desert with their hands chained together, building to a confrontation with a firing squad made up of white police officers and businessmen, who ruthlessly shoot several of the prisoners.”

French Montana – “Said N Done” (Ft. ASAP Rocky)

French Montana has released the music video for his MC4 track titled “Said N Done” featured ASAP Rocky. The song was released back in August of 2016 as part of French’s mixtape Mac N Cheese 4 (MC4).

According to Complex, the song “samples Wu-Tang Clan’s “Tearz,” and includes a reference to Busta Rhymes’ iconic verse on A Tribe Called Quest’s “Scenario.” Watch the video for “Said N Done” below!

Nav – Some Way” (Ft. The Weeknd)

XO artist Nav and label mate The Weeknd announced the release of their new song titled “Some Way” on Twitter this morning. FYI, Nav is an up-and-coming Toronto rapper, who you may remember hearing on Travis Scott’s “Beibs in the Trap”

According to Complex, “despite several high-profile collaborations, including this one, not much is known about Nav at this point. However, he reportedly has a collaborative album on the way with Metro Boomin.”

Desiigner – “Outlet”

G.O.O.D. Music artist Desiigner recently released his brand new song called “Outlet” on Beats 1 Radio and also announced a new tour with the same name. According to Complex, “this is a track that Desiigner has teased for months now, and even used it in a commercial without dropping the official version.”

Major Lazer – “Run Up” [Ft. Nicki Minaj and Partynextdoor]

After months of hype, Major Lazer has finally released the collaboration with PartyNextDoor and Nicki Minaj titled “Run Up.” The song definitely plays on Diplo’s like for the dancehall sound and is a certified banger. According to Complex,  “Run Up” is expected to be on Major Lazer’s upcoming fourth studio album, Music Is the Weapon.”

And while visiting Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show last summer,  Diplo let us know some of the artists’ who might be featured on the album.

“Definitely we have Usher on it. [“Lean On” collaborator] MØ’s back on songs,” he said. “We have a song with Sam Hunt which is very unusual, but I love him. Travis Scott. I don’t even know; I have to go back…Sia is on a couple ideas, but one of the records might be her record. She’s definitely background vocals on a song.”

Future – “Poppin Tags” [Video]

This morning, Future dropped a brand new video for the track “Poppin Tags!’ The song originally debuted back in November during an episode of OVO Sound Radio. According to Complex, in the video “Future puts his lavish lifestyle on full display. There’s cash, cars, and everything in between, as the rapper shows off his flashy side.”

We’re not sure if this video means that we should a expect a new project from Future since he hasn’t officially announced anything yet. But Future is known for dropping surprise tapes, so it’s safe to expect a new mixtape or album any day now.
