Dot combined “u” & “For Sale?” in this polarizing new short film called “God is Gangsta.” It opens Bringing his demons to the surface, he attempts to drown his sorrows in some hooch and spittle while he berates himself. As he screams and jerks about, one can almost feel the despair and fury that he must feel every time he relives the memories of his losses.
In the second half, Kendrick is unbothered by the swarms of perky and seductive women that stroke and attempt to seduce him. He has subliminal messages peppered throughout, displayed for less than a second casino online before it cuts to the next scene. There”s some comedic ones like “life is like a box of chicken” and “never trust a n*gga with too many haircuts.” But of course, he adds some somber tones: “if I blame you for a loss, I”ll be giving you all the credit” and maybe one of the most powerful statements, “my tastebloods is expensive.” Catch the messages below.
