With the recent release of Sony’s PS4, and Microsoft’s Xbox One soon to follow coming at the end of this week, console games like NBA Live are making a comeback. It’s been a few years since EA Sports released the last NBA Live game, and this next gen 2014 version should be their best release to date. With millions of buyers of either of the consoles coming in the next few months, being featured on the soundtrack for this game is a big accomplishment and great for marketing purposes. The NBA Live 14 soundtrack features songs by artists such as Ace Hood, Action Bronson, Big Sean, Casey Veggies, Danny Brown, Diplo, Dizzy Wright, Joey Bada$$, Logic, Major Lazer, Pusha T, ScHoolboy Q, Travis Scott, and Vic Mensa. Damn, if you’re trying to decide between 2K and Live for your next gen hoops game, Live above and beyond has the better soundtrack.
