The Trap God blessed us with a new mixtape a couple days ago. Gucci Mane’s festive new project, East Atlanta Santa 2, features a pretty diverse lineup of features. This new banger, “What It Takes” features Save Money’s Vic Men$a and rapper BandMan Kevo. Gucci is solely on the hook, letting Men$a and Kevo spit on both verses. Mensa brings his A-Game to remedy Gucci Mane’s absence,as does BandMand Kevo. Both artists ride the beat flawlessly while Gucci brings the flavor. You can listen to “What It Takes” below.

 

Young Thug – Again (feat. Gucci Mane) [video]

Young Thug has given us a trap tribute to Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane with the release of his video “Again.” The video, co-directed by Thugger, is set in the “Trap God” exhibit created by Cam Kirk. It features images of Guwop in golden frames on the walls, while Young Thug raps with unreleased Gucci. The video is a true expression of Gucci Mane’s influence on other artists, especially in the South. Thug himself is expected to debut his upcoming album sometime this fall.
