Yesterday, J. Cole dropped a live album, Forest Hills Drive: Live from Fayetteville, NC. Was is a coincidence that yesterday was also his birthday? Proabably not. One of the tracks was called “January 28th,” after all. Jermaine also released an HBO special earlier this month of his stop in his hometown on the 2015 summer tour, during which he performed his entire 2014 Forest Hills Drive album front to back and had some very special guests.

Today, Cole gives his fans a video for “Love Yourz.” The video features some footage from the special and the views from the shows. The song has a powerfully poignant message on its’ own, and the visual underlines it. Check it out below.

J. Cole has just released the third installment of his prelude to the HBO premier of “Forest Hills Drive: Homecoming”. In this 30 minute clip, we see how J. Cole and his band choose the songs they wish to perform live as well as the performance. This particular performance, which was part of his third annual Dollar and a Dream tour. J. Cole talks about his feelings of fame, while the band members share their insight on what it’s like to perform. The video features some die hard fans sharing their love for J. J. COLE ANNOUNCES ‘DOLLAR AND A DREAM TOUR III: FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS’

J. Cole’s critically acclaimed mixtape The Warm Up has hit it’s 6-year anniversary mark today. In celebration, Cole has announced the Dollar and a Dream Tour III: Friday Night Lights. Presented by Puma, the North Carolina MC will perform his project Friday Night Lights in it’s entirety for the first time ever. The 4-date tour will travel through Dallas, New York City, Atlanta and Los Angeles starting on June 21st. The show will only cost $1.00 and the secret venue locations will be announced via Cole’s Twitter. Dreamville artists Omen, Bas and Cozz will also perform. J. Cole also released his latest vlog from his Dollar and a Dream: The Warm Up tour last year which features cameos from Drake and Kendrick Lamar. Watch the footage above.
