ScHoolboy Q, Miguel, and Justine Skye – “Overtime” [Video]

ScHoolboy Q dropped his latest video today featuring Justine Skye and Miguel. The track “Overtime” is the latest video from Q’s most recent album Blank Face LP. According to Rolling Stone, Schoolboy Q didn’t think the song fit in the dark context of Blank Face. The video finds “Q, Miguel, and Justine Skye eventually ending up on a hilltop, sitting inside a large … Continue reading ScHoolboy Q, Miguel, and Justine Skye – “Overtime” [Video]

Miguel ft. Travis $cott- “Waves (Remix)”

While the internet is riding Kanye’s wave today, Miguel brought another take to his Wildheart track “Waves” with Travis $cott on the assist. With the sultry tone of the entire album, adding $cott on one of the tracks only makes too much sense. Check it out below and make sure to cop Wildheart on iTunes if you haven’t already.

Mac Miller ft Miguel- “Weekend” [video]

Mac-Miller1

Mac Miller’s GO:OD AM has received raving reviews and with good reason. The latest addition to his projects is as personal and raw as his first go around. In this cut, Mac admits to his troubles and his coping mechanisms– drugs and drinks. It’s all good, though, cause the weekend is coming, and the weekend makes everything better. With Miguel assisting on the vocals, the two take a trip through the city with faceless women and crazy colors. Check out the video below.

Miguel seems to be a big fan of neon lights and being surrounded by countless beautiful women. His Wildheart album is bursting at the seams with sex and seduction. In this new video for "Waves," the beautifully sculpted crooner shows off his lady skills as he takes a psychedelic trip at a party featuring J. Cole and Wale as special guests. Blurred vision and all, he still manages to pull two girls into a pool, probably to do some unimaginably dirty things. Take a fun trip down into the waves with Miguel below.

A$AP Rocky ft Rod Stewart, Miguel, & Mark Ronson [video]

aap-rocky-1200x800

Lord Flacko gave us a “hip-hop Hollywood story” for the hit “Everyday” that co-stars his collaborators Rod Stewart, Miguel and Mark Ronson. In an eerie video that seems to foretell his own future, Rocky climbs up the ladder of success and embraces the spotlight. The lights, women, and money vaguely remind us his lifestyle right now. The disconnected video seems to piece together a tale of well-earned fame, a stroke of bad luck, recovery and a final tragedy that ends Flacko’s life.

Miguel – Wildheart Tour Kicks Off in Texas

This past weekend, Miguel kicked off his Wildheart Tour in Texas, supporting his wildly anticipated third release of the same name. Wildheart is a fresh take on R&B, blending elements of psychedelia and the inexplicable new sound that many are dubbing “future-soul” to create a unique project that can be jammed during more activities than just the horizontal tango. Miguel kicked the tour off in Austin on Friday, July 24 at Emo’s before moving onto Dallas at South Side Ball Room and Houston at Warehouse Live, all the while performing with his incredible live band. Also, female blues-rocker/singer Dorothy opened for each date. Check out the photos from the Miguel Texas shows, including a sold out Houston show, below:
