Last Friday Travi$ Scott finally blessed our ears with his sophomore album, Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight. However after listening all the way thru, we came to realize that THE Brian McKnight isn’t even featured on the album, even though he inspired the title…

Well apparently Travi$ was plottin’ and schemin’ this whole time. Today he released a promo for an upcoming song/visual “Bitch You Broke My Heart” featuring Brian McKnight. The one-minute clip shows the R&B superstar playing the piano and singing his famous “One Last Cry”, while Travy’s flannel majestically blows in the wind.

Peep the clip below and stay on the lookout for the epic collar!

Puff Daddy – MMM [Mixtape]

MMM

Are we in the twilight zone? Puff Daddy (we”d JUST gotten used to calling him Diddy) just dropped a new mixtape (album? The lines are blurred) in 2015. In typical Bad Boy fashion, the album has a ton of guest spots, from the new Travi$ Scott and Ty Dolla $ign, to the seasoned Pusha T and Wiz Khalifa, to the classics: online casino Jadakiss and original Bad Boy queen Lil” Kim. Although Puff Daddy hasn”t been making music as of late, he”s managed to stay 100% relevant throughout the years, so it should be no surprise that he”s in touch with today”s music and knows how to relate to young artists and young ears. Enjoy this end of the year project below.

Noisey Atlanta: The Producers – Episode 9 [Documentary]

Noisey Atlanta

“Every day is a Friday in Atlanta.”

Noisey created a 10-part series on Atlanta hip-hop, discussing the culture, the business, and how it affects Atlanta as a whole. This ninth installment focuses on the producers, the backbone of the trap movement. This episode acknowledges that trap music would be nowhere without those who make the infectious beats that have taken over the national music scene. Mike Will Made-It, Southside, TM88, and others give their side of the story and discuss how their songs get popular, particularly noting the influence of Atlanta’s Magic City strip clubs. Travi$ Scott also explains his relationship with Atlanta producers. Watch the ninth episode below. You can catch the rest of the series here.

Speaking of Travi$ Scott, he’s hitting San Marcos with Young Thug next Sunday. Cop tickets at the link below.

Over the weekend, Travis Scott and Young Thug kicked off their co-headlining tour in Santa Ana. During the festivities, Travis and Thug set the tone for the entire tour by doing back to back shows on the same night at The Observatory. Rare image from the night can be seen above, as well as a video recap of the first performance, which can be seen below. Seeing as the tour just started, there is still some time to get your tickets.

Drake – If You're Reading This It's Too Late [Mixtape]

IYRTITL

So the rumors were true. Drizzy dropped a new project tonight causing the Internet to become a madhouse (à la Beyonce). If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late features Lil Wayne, PARTYNEXTDOOR, and Travi$ Scott with production from Austin’s own Eric Dingus, Boi-1da, WondaGurl and others. At the moment, OVO seems to have removed the songs from their SoundCloud account (people on Twitter are pissed), but if you’re a real G you can purchase the project on iTunes.
